As a PA, I’m constantly faced with how our food and lifestyle choices affect our health. My goal is to create healthy, delicious foods my family, and yours, will love. I love to bake and go full-sugar, full-fat with those recipes. But when it comes to everyday meals, I try to keep out a lot of added sugar and other refined ingredients. I have done three rounds of Whole30, and the process has really changed how I think about food. You can see that in my posts, as the older recipes aren’t as careful to avoid processed ingredients. They still taste great though. My more recent recipes lean towards paleo-style eating, a lot are Whole30 and a fair amount are vegan. Always be learning, always be evolving, right?
I also like to keep things simple – not a lot of fancy techniques going on over here! Rather, I’ll show you the skills you need to make delicious food, easy snacks, and meals you can freeze and pull out later, without feeling like you’re chained to the stove or have to spend all weekend in the kitchen. Most evenings I try to get dinner on the table in 30 minutes or so, and I think you can do that too.
